How to Solve Mobile Phone Auto Switch off Problem

  1. Check downloaded applications and note when the problem happened or is happening.
  2. Check and note if the problem is happening when a certain app or application is running.
  3. Remove the application that is causing the problem and see if the problem is solved or not. I have see there are malicious applications and  apps with virus that cause many problems in our mobile phones. Uninstall all such apps immediately. Use any good antivirus app is required.
  4. If the problem is still not solved then FACTORY RESET the mobile phone or smartphone and / or update the software / operating system (OS) of the mobile phone. This will certainly solve the problem. Make sure to take back-up of all data before performing factory reset or you will lose all data including contacts, audio,video, photos, documents etc.
